“ Hubs and I went for a Monday brunch, and it's definitely worth the hype. We got on the wait list around 10:30am and told 35 minute wait. We probably only waited about 15 minutes. It was quick! It's a great example of New Mexican cuisine, and my chorizo burrito was the best I've ever had. It's a tiny restaurant, so it's cramped. And prices are a bit high in my opinion. But service was great. Food was wonderful. I definitely recommend. The family seated next to us had actually planned to eat there 2 days in a row! ”

“ This cafe was recommended by another local business. I was told I would enjoy anything I ordered. Sure seemed that way. I walked in and ordered Two Mole Chicken Enchiladas for lunch. It was the best mole I ever had. The sides were great, too. The Cilantro Rice and Turnip Salad with Pomegranate Seeds were deliciously refreshing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They were wonderful. The decor is so fun and festive. There are so many decorations and murals. The cafe also offers breakfast. The menu sounds awesome. ”

“ Four of us went to breakfast...no one came back hungry! So we started with Coffees, mineral water, an Amy's Hippy Dippy Green drink and picked our entrees. The inside of this quaint, well ran restaurant wasn't on our radar for breakfast, usually dinner. This breakfast was exceptionally well done. We order a Barbacoa and egg entree, a scrambled egg and pork bacon platter, a breakfast quesadilla with a side of turkey bacon, and a 3 egg option with pork bacon. All were presented well, perfectly cooked eggs and filling to the max. The Barbacoa was exemplary--tender shreds of beef, so flavorful and black beans and corn tortillas. Our server didn't miss a beat on anything...refills, errant fork, or the Chocolate Macaroons and fudge we finished with. Don't forget to buy a recipe book and/or t-shirt or bandanna on your way out. We loved the interior---the murals are so cool! Don't sleep on the joint for breakfast! It's outstanding! ”

“ Food is phenomenal. Anything you order will surprise your taste buds and sate your soul. We had the Breakfast Burrito and the Durango Scramble (Xmas) and they were delightful. The quality of ingredients and excellent taste justify the cost-- pasture raised, locally sourced meats and veggies. Their tamales are also among the best I've ever had (and my Mexican grandmother made some of the absolute best). Don't skip on espresso drinks, too. (Service was also notably lovely) ”
